Fawn update

Above is when she got home. (June 22nd) 

  This is today. July 6th. Her coat is smoother. But she does have much more  if any meat on her bones. But her spirit is happier. 

    I am giving her 1-2 cups a day of sweet feed.

Tubby loves her so much. They are good buddies. Till she hollars 'Go!' And pushes him away. Haha. But she does that to any of us randomly. Silly girly. 

Squash

West garden. I have planted 3/5 of it. And I have about that much left to weed. This picture is roughly 1/3 of this garden. Almost. Just a bit under I think.

Tubbys knife update.

He is currently hand sanding. I love it! I can't wait to see what all he does in this. Or what hobbies it morphs into for him. 

   I am so glad Patrick is helping him do this. Such a kind caring daddy. 

Lazy and tired

So tired this morning. I was up til 2 last night. And out of bed shortly after 7. Begrudgingly... But I have been telling myself to move all morning. This London fog (with too much cream) was the first thing I did today. As i walked the yard.  And talked to Wisdom. 

Followed by a coffee. And I nursed Naomi in my comfy chair through the coffee. And coached myself to keep from going back to bed. Took several tries for Naomi to be happy away from me this morning. But after a trip to Daddy's shop and sometime of her sitting in her chair out there she was more awake and ready to play with the other children. 

  I went out for a hour of gardening. I am behind on some weeds. I did squats to weed two rows. I hope to do two more this evening. But I plan to nap this afternoon as well. Or maybe I'll just take some vitamins and keep pushing...

    

Since the house garden (trash garden) uses cardboard as mulch I got excited to see this pile last night at a friends house. I need more. I just put down half of this. But quit early. I'll do the rest later. That garden is in full sun. And it is so muggy out.
