I hope. Poor guys around here have had to eat a couple flops last couple meals....hoping this makes up for it... 

Chicken Dumplings....

Onions. Mmmm from the garden. We never ever ever grow enough....

Jean she is the queen knife. Patrick made it. Mtknives.net  She is a beauty. And sharpest knife you'll ever meet. He made the cutting board also. He is a stud muffin. 

This spatula. The best. Really. We run through them! But not this brand! Worth the cost for certain. Buy one. You'll love it.

Harvested today by Parris and Joelle. Mmmm lots lots more to dig up. 

Home canned chicken. Not pretty. But oh so delicious. Our pastured chickens. Canned up in my beast of a canner. I even borrowed moms... 40 jars of chicken at once. Boom! That is so awesome! Wish I had a steer to can up. Been in the mood to butcher one... But ain't not gotten one yet.... Boo. (That was special for grammar people. you're welcome)

While the gravy is boiling slowly add in your dumplings and stir continually. Or find a child to stir for you. I found a Joelle. Joelle's are good at stirring.
