A few jars DIdNT seal. Bummer. So I quickly set up a cobbler to use them up.
No one was disappointed. It is so yummy. Only wish my Jocelyn was in milk. Nothing. Nothing beats her cream.
It is yummy! I must put up many more jars this year. I must. This is supper tonight. Plus snacks. Sooo yummy.
Tonight I am moving Jocelyn to a smaller paddock. I need to be able to find her faster when she calves. Getting excited. And so ready. I am praying for a bull calf. But not everyone agrees with me about that. ;) 12 days or less!
